Cancelation Policy
Appointment Cancellation
Our goal is to provide quality aesthetic care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our existing esteemed members, but also those seeking to become one. Please kindly adhere to our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other members. In order to be respectful of your fellow members, please notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Your appointments for your prescribed treatment cycles/times are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, leaving you with no choice but to make schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we respectfully require at least a 48 hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a member misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the member a flat missed appointment fee of $100.
We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
Deposit Policy
We do require a Deposit of $100. To hold your appointment. The deposit goes towards your consulation or your treatment that is done on the day of your appointment. We keep this policy because it gives you 45 minutes to an hour of appointment time. The deposit can either be email deposited or paid by a credit card or you can pay cash at the clinic. If you need to cancel please follow the instructions above.
Refund Policy
Any and all medical cosmetic injectable services which are administered are not refundable. Every client will utilize the Nucieva, Botox or Letybo or Dermal Fillers or Fat Dissolving or Sculptra differently. The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness lumps, bumps or vascular occlusion has been explained prior to treatment. Allergic reaction will be treated and any event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction is a risk with every client Experiencing such a event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment.
Client agrees to the injection treatment knowing the risk and has realistic expectations of the results and risk. Medications are administered as approved and ordered by the facility medical provider. Needles have a great risk of causing trauma and bruising along with swelling, redness and tenderness. These reactions are expected and normal with aesthetic injectables. Aesthetic medications are administered by our Nurses or Doctors in areas based on the client’s desire as needed and as ordered.
Cost of treatment
Please note the cost of services are subject to change at any time. We are committed to transparency with our clients if the cost of any service has changed.
You are financially responsible for payment for your treatment. The cost of treatment is non-refundable once you have received it by our team members. Should you require a touch up soon after any treatment, this will incur an additional cost.
Right to refuse service
Should there be inappropriate or disruptive behavior at the clinic our team has the right to refuse or discontinue treatments.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Our team has ethical and legal responsibilities to protect your privacy and confidentiality of your personal and health information. We are obligated and assure your records and personal information including any details of your visit are kept privately within a secure system.
Alcohol/Substances
Absolutely no alcohol or substances allowed at our clinical site. If one appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances it is our duty to respectfully cancel the treatment.
